Dow - Square of 9

this is not a forecast but interesting that there are 2 targets close together - 12970 and 13000 and 12940 is twice the low

not shown on the chart but from the April 2010 high there is a 360 degree vibration at 12640


 

 Interesting to see where the swing targets from the 2 most recent ranges are
