On the 16th Jan post I suggested crosses of the 10 and 20 week moving averages as long-term mechanical trend-following signals for the Dax.The chart here suggests a cross may be imminent.However on the other chart a more sensitive system is shown based on engulfing candlesticks.This would have already triggered a short sale.
