I am posting a series of Russell 2000 charts to illustrate the extreme vulnerability of stockmarkets currently.The same point could be maken on a variety of indices.Extreme caution required !
On the second chart I have shown 3 lower highs,with the last one a double top.One of Gann's rules is to expect acceleration off a 3rd top or bottom and the market appears to have broken important support .We have broken the 3rd fan line,the 5x1 weekly Gann line and the 34 and 89 dema's appear poised to cross.
