ADX and bullish percentage indicators

Ron Walker has pointed out that the ADX crossed above the lower DI line,confirming the sell signal. (thechartpatterntrader.com) Getting above 20 would be further confirmation that the trend is strengthening. The Bullish Percentage Indicator(a breadth indicator) (bottom chart) also gave a nice early sell signal
