    Neither yet as it is above the rising angle but below the falling one.It is still technically in an uptrend till the rising line breaks.Breaking below 4 week lows is negative though and next week should reveal whether we just had a 1 week counter-trend and are headed down or not.If you are just trading off the Gann angles you could use a break of the rising line as a sell signal and the declining line would be your stop
