In many ways this square has worked but there has been a depressing lack of trend since the target was reached and it hasn't been easy to capitalise on the cycle insights - still looks like distribution to me but we shall see

Friday was a bearish engulfing candle and just about close enough to the one year cycle to be a significant reversal.My hope is that we have just seen a violent dead cat bounce in the miners and that has lifted the index,but it may be over now (see ANTO post and Friday's reversal for example)

The Ftse250 chart posted earlier looks more convincing so that is positive for the topping view
