  2. Hoffa Rev is wrong, that nobody saw 1987 crash coming. Marti Zweig was on Louis Rukeyser's show that friday night before, and called it. I was alarmed, so I put in orders to sell my mutual funds. The market crashed Monday, and my MFs settled near the lows after the close. That's when I mostly quit using MFs. WEC
