What an absurd and pointless question! lol  The Federal Reserve is nothing but a merchant of debt. An enslaver of nations and peoples, our founding fathers worst nightmare. It matters not if a chimp were its head. They exist as do all banks for a singular purpose...to get as many as possible in as much debt as possible for as long as possible at as high a cost as possible. That is the mission statement and product of all banks. No nation needs a bank to create its currency let alone at interest. This nation had 100 years of zero inflation and 100 years of permanent inflation...guess which century was pre and post Federal Reserve? Banks "lifeblood" is debt, the perpetual creation of credit, enabling nations and peoples to become debt slaves dependent upon ever greater borrowing to stay in place and the forsaking of their futures. There should be no head of the Fed as there should be no FED!
