watching for LH

this chart produced a sell signal last week and if you were quick,covering at the indicated support level would have been profitable.On a mechanical system like this its probably best to get stop to breakeven asap.We have pushed back above the 5 dma ,20 is flat so could be in for some sideways churning.Watch the t/l on the positive DI line for sign that the rally may be peaking

 

 note how while the S&P has a  HL above the 100% level the Ftse100 is still churning below 75%
