Distribution and break

Ron Walker talks about this in his 4 phases of the the market..accumulation,run,distribution,break...but he uses moving averages to define....here the swing chart shows the FTSE trapped in a narrow range as sellers unload their stock at 6000-6100,capping the rallies for 4 months
