Noted Seattle technician who employs the methodology of the late George Lindsay, Ed Carlson says that the highs of 2/18/11, 5/2/11, and 7/7/11 do not constitute a "3 Peaks of a Domed House" formation - - - not in the sense of a bull market top. Those 3 peaks are HIGHS in a sideways movement. (see page 181 of the Lyndsay text).
